Updating for the New Century

This wonderful and cozy little house on the East side of Pueblo was built in 1908, we purchased it in its 100th year and gave it a new feel!  By removing the butler’s pantry/deep closet that originally divided the living space of the home in half, we created a long, beautiful and well-lit space that makes the house feel much larger than its 1000 SF footprint!

We added a master bath and walk-in closet, laundry room and used three years’ worth of reclaimed oak trim sticks from commercial remodel jobs to build an entire set of custom cabinets and counters! With all the surprises and deviance of a hundred-year-old home on a stacked stone foundation, it was a labor of love and turned out incredible!
